This Blog is for my mom. Since our family has moved away from Vegas, I decided to start bloggin to keep in touch. I love to see new pictures of my brothers and sister's families. Everyone is growing up so fast!!! I miss all my nieces and nephews (and their parents, I guess).
So, last year was a crazy year. I got married in June and had a baby 9 months later ( I have some catchin up to do). We moved to Gresham, Oregon in August of last year. It has been hard for me to live so far away from my family. Kalai misses all his cousins so much. He is counting down the days until we get to go to Hawaii.
Kalai just finished his soccer season. He did so well! Although he was one of the youngest kids on his team, but had no problem keeping up. He made atleast one goal at all of his games. He also did taekwondo for about a month. He is very coordianated and disciplined.
Manai joined our family in March. It was a pretty easy delivery. On her last check up she weighed in at 13lbs and is 24 inches long. All she does is give me stink eye all day long. She is such a wonderful addition to our family. I am the only one that lets her cry. Just the other day Kalai asked me why I like to be mean to Manai because I wouldn't let Pasi or Kalai pick her up while she way crying. That girl has those boys wrapped around her little finger.
Pasi is still attending school at Mt Hood. He gets his associates next month. We are so excited to have that degree and move on to bigger and better things. On the weekends he plays football in a local league. We are trying to get back into shape, but it is not very easy.
I work as a bookkeeper for McCormick & Schmick. I love the people I work with. They have allowed me to work part time in the office and part time from home. It has made for some really late nights, but I like being able to stay home with my kids
